If the reader is seated near the camera then chances are you will read to that person during your open auditions.

If there is special lighting, then you should be in the hot spot or where the light is brightest during your open auditions. You should feel the warmth of the light on your face. The most important thing to remember is that the video should show your facial expressions and if you still aren’t sure… just ask, do not feel shy.
